PROCESSING TIME
Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it, so please allow 2-5 business days manufacture time for your prints and other 2-5 business days for the shipping.

REFOUND
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email p.pettigiani@gmail.com to let me know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. I’ll be in touch with next steps.

Please note that all prints come unframed, and they are printed as 21x30 cm + 2 cm of white borders (the full paper print misure 25x34cm).
